Booking Policy

For overnight tours, a deposit (non refundable) of 20% of the total tour price is payable on booking to secure a position. Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to tour date. For day or half day tours, payment in full is requested on booking confirmation.

Cancellations

For overnight tours, cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to departure will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the tour price. Cancellation made less than 1 week prior to departure will not be refundable. For day or half day tours, a fee of 20% of the tour price will be charged if cancelling prior to departure.
